The Resilience Toolkit

Learn mindfulness and therapeutic movement techniques for dealing with stress in this upcoming workshop! Cost is FREE while facilitator Susan Benjaminsen, M.A., LMFT, is in training.

Stress is a simple fact of life. We experience it on a daily basis, yet we rarely examine what it is and how it affects us. The Resilience Toolkit is a suite of mindfulness and therapeutic movement techniques created to help enhance the stress recovery and relaxation response in the nervous system. The group will be offered on two dates in December.

Susan Benjaminsen, M.A., LMFT is a Facilitator Trainee in a certification program. She is learning to teach The Resilience Toolkit to individuals and groups under Certification Supervisor, Jane Courtney, RN, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. The workshop will be video recorded for a one-time viewing by Jane Courtney for facilitator’s training purposes. The recording will not be retained after Certification Supervisor’s viewing.
