New Years Yoga And Intention Setting Workshop

Are you where you want to be? Are there things you want to do for which you never have time? Does self-care elude you?

Our days are packed and moving faster and faster. Our thoughts direct our actions, but if the mind is distracted, it is very easy to go in a million different directions and not get anywhere. We often are so busy doing, that we forget why we were doing it to begin with. Taking the time to stop moving and just BE allows the mind to slow down and take stock, re-evaluate, and re-focus on what is most important to us.

This workshop will begin with a series of Restorative Yoga postures allowing the body to sink into deep relaxation. Using guided meditation you will begin to connect with your own guiding intuitive force to feel where you are and visualize where you would like to go from here. Using journal prompts, a Warrior asana sequence, and candle gazing to reinforce your vision, this workshop will leave you grounded firmly in your intention and ready to move in a steady direction toward it.
