Pre-Natal Yoga Class Series

Back by popular demand, Pre-natal Yoga taught by Aleksandra Townsend! This class series is designed for expectant mothers during their pregnancy journey. Aleksandra will teach mind/body awareness to allow moms to connect with their body and growing baby. The class is carefully sequenced around all trimesters and stages of pregnancy, and accommodates all experiences of yoga. Warm and supportive classes also provide space for you to connect with other moms. Prenatal yoga can help to alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, swelling, varicose veins, back pain, and sciatica, while increasing your overall comfort and sense of relaxation. 🧘 The class runs on Sundays 9:15am-10:30am from September 23rd through October 21st (please note that there is no class on October 7th, Indigenous Peoples' weekend).
