Introducing The RESILIENCE TOOLKIT - A set of mindfulness skills and movement practices that help to regulate your unique stress-relaxation cycle, tap your inner resourcefulness, and speed stress recovery. This foundation supports you in a life full of wellness, connection, and purpose.
In a 2-part workshop, 90-minutes each, on 2 Saturday mornings, you can learn how to use these transformative tools! A one-time payment of $95 includes the 2-part workshop (on 2 dates, 7/20/19 AND 7/27/19), The Resilience Toolkit Workbook, and (2) online video sessions, (scheduled in the week following each workshop) for professional support in customizing your own Toolkit routine. This program is facilitated by Susan Benjaminsen, LMFT, Founder of T.A.M.A.N Resilience Tools for Living, and Certified Facilitator of The Resilience Toolkit. This package is valued at $125. Space is limited to 8 participants. Participants must be at least 18 yrs old with English language proficiency.
