Intro to Meditation
Awareness is the essence of meditation.
Awareness is always with us so why do have such a difficult time connecting to it?
In this class we will work with techniques commonly used in yogic meditation to recognize awareness and maintain that recognition. This class will be held monthly and is for great for anyone who is new to meditation or looking to deepen their practice. Join Melissa for this wonderful opportunity to come together and sit in community.
This workshop will happen once a month on the last Sunday of the month: October 27th, November 24th, December 29th. It is not a series, you can attend one or all sessions.
Participants will be able to sit on meditation cushions or on chairs.
