Join Off The Mat Yoga and Six Branches Family Acupuncture for this relaxing, blissful adventure of Yoga Nidra and Acupuncture. In this workshop we will talk about the significance of Spring in Traditional East Asian Medicine, acupressure points for Spring, and how to keep healthy as we transition through the seasons. Participants will relax during the Yoga Nidra meditation and can also receive a stress-reducing acupuncture treatment if they are interested.
