This class provides the opportunity to relax and renew the body into supported, restful postures allowing for a complete surrender. Poses are supported with props and held for 5-7 minutes each. Practicing restorative yoga helps us learn to relax and rest deeply and notice how we can shift tension in the body. Physically, it calms the nervous system and can improve lymphatic flow. This is a great class to nurture mind, body and soul.
