If you are one of the 1 in 10 women who has been affected by a traumatic event in your life, this support group may be for you. EmpowerME is open to all adult women with a history of trauma. Past groups have been made up of diverse groups of women of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds.

In this soul-focused, interactive workshop, we will explore unpacking our expectations, reconnecting with our inner child, starting an actionable to-do list (that you will actually want to do), and enjoy a hands-on project to get those creative juices flowing!

For Little Yogis with their families: ages 2-5 ish. This class combines nature based yoga play, story play yoga, musical yoga, and games that are suited for little yogis with their families.
Wednesday, November 14th
This workshop is particularly geared for women between the age of 35-55 who are experiencing mood swings, brain fog, low energy, weight gain, and low libido.
However, this workshop is appropriate for women of any age who want to prepare for menopause, prevent symptoms and effects of hormonal changes and preserve a vital sense of well being.
The workshop will be held at Rosemont Wellness Center. There is easy parking, babes in arms welcome and please wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in!

Join Off The Mat Yoga and Six Branches Family Acupuncture for this relaxing, blissful adventure of Qi Gong, Yoga Nidra and Acupuncture. In this workshop we will talk about the significance of Winter in Traditional East Asian Medicine and learn acupressure points and Qi Gong movements to keep healthy as we transition through the seasons. Participants will relax during the Yoga Nidra meditation and can also receive a stress-reducing acupuncture treatment if they are interested.
