Unwind Friday: Monthly Special Restorative Yoga/Yoga Nidra Class
Join Aleksandra Townsend for a perfect class to unwind from the week and welcome the weekend. This class combines the practice of restorative yoga followed by a practice of Yoga Nidra, known as the practice of Yogic Sleep. In this class you will be invited to create sankalpa- a heart felt intention that will guide you through your practice- and you will be guided through a meditative journey of relaxation and visualization. It is believed that one hour of yoga nidra is equal to three hours of sleep.
